Eat On – March Favourites

I haven’t had a ton of time lately to test of new recipes and get my cooking on. So, rather than disappoint you on this tasty Tuesday, here are some of my favourites from other bloggers.

From healthy to seriously indulgent, there’s sure to be something for everyone.

And with that being said, I will get my butt in gear and have something for you next week!

Eat on.

One hell of a brownie sundae recipe can be found here @ the Londoner.

Just look at those chunks of warm, gooey brownie. Smothered in a vat of whipped and ice cream. And with just enough bits and pieces of fruit tossed inside to trick your brain into thinking it’s mildly healthy… Go on, treat yourself.

And, if you’re one of those people that needs to first have a healthy meal, check out this pasta recipe. Although, it’s really more of a fake your mind into thinking it doesn’t need a bowl full of carbs, type of pasta.

Looking for an easy dinner that is as “no mess” as you can get? Here’s a great cheese and sausage quiche that is not only gluten free, but can be made entirely in one pan. That is my kind of cleanup. Oh, and if you weren’t sold already, each slice is 140 calories. Ding ding, we have a winner!

If you’ve had a rough day, this Mac & Cheese is the perfect pick me up. Who doesn’t eat their feelings?! Did I mention baby shells are my favourite? Cook up a pot, load it into a bowl, curl up in a blanket, and forget everything.

Or you can always try this cheesy tortellini recipe. Because baked pasta is sinful, in the best kind of way.

And hey, if the Mac & Cheese doesn’t cheer you right up, sometimes all you need is chocolate. Ladies, tell me I’m not right on this one. Here’s a wicked chocolate cupcake recipe.

And last but not least, fight off those winter colds with this homemade chicken noodle soup. Because sometimes, a staple dish is everything.

What kind of recipe would you like to see next?
