9 to 5 (to 9 again)

A new fashion post for all of you – featuring my new favourite – “Gaucho” – pants.

Seriously though, these are my newest wardrobe staple.

I just purchased this pair as a new fall work pant and already I’ve worn them 3 times (Shh!). They pair great with a light silk blouse or tank, but I’ve also been seen sporting them with a clean white dress shirt.

I do admit I feel a little bit like a genie (hammer time anyone?) but they’re so cute and stylish. They add a little flair to what can become a pretty boring work attire. Paired with a white shirt and black blazer, I feel renewed and ready to take on the world! Seems like an outfit Rachel Zane would sport around the office.

These pants will easily take you from work to play. Pair them with classic heals or flats during work, and then spice things up with a pump or booties for after-work dinner or drinks.

The waist hits at the slimmest part of your body (and it’s stretchy!), which makes for a great opportunity to try out a cute tucked-in shirt.

I’m a little tempted to buy another pair with a wider leg, but I’ll have to wait until my budget allows.

The ones I’m wearing are a bit pricey, but the material is so comfortable and seems like excellent quality. I feel like I’m wearing pajamas…except work appropriate, and that’s never a bad thing!

Besides, pieces from Aritzia are so classic, that you can be almost certain they will be around next season – I have so many blazers (like this one) and cute dresses that I still see in the stores every visit (and that’s a good thing!)

The shoes were the only things I couldn’t find online, but here are a few similar ones I love – Shoes, Shoes, and More Shoes
